Membership FAQs

Support Nerds offers multiple membership plans to meet the ongoing needs of our customers.

All of the services included in the membership plans are optional. Our objective is to help you keep your technology secure and working efficiently.

Support Nerds Membership plan is good for one full year, and it is conveniently set to renew automatically. Members may turn off the auto-renewal by logging onto their password-protected member portal and changing their settings.

Booking Management

You can request services on Support Nerds in just a few easy steps.

  • Select the service you need from our service menu.
  • Create an account or log in to your existing account.
  • Provide your service address, date, and time preferences for your appointment.
  • Add a payment method and complete your service request.
  • Support Nerds will match you with the expert technician and confirm your appointment date and time.

You can request our service as soon as the same day. We recommend that you provide additional date and time options for a quicker appointment confirmation with a technician.

To ensure the best and most efficient service possible, we match you with the most qualified tech at the time you request the service. At that time, you are unable to request a specific technician.

Payment Charges & Fees

You’ll be asked to provide a payment method during the booking of your service request. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you to sign to acknowledge the successful completion of the order. Once you confirm the completion of your service with your signature, you will then be charged.

Once you are logged into your account, click on the account icon and select my account from the drop-down list. For more help, you can

Service charges will only be applied to the method of payment in your account after you confirm the completion of your service. Support Nerds does not accept any other forms of payment such as cash or check. Please do not provide direct payment to the technician servicing your appointment.
